These Terms govern your use of Index (the “Service”) operated by [ENTITY] (“EeeQ7”, “we”, “us”) at index.eq7.in. By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Access to Index is controlled by an administrator, who may grant access to specific people or enable open access for anyone with a Google account. Access may be modified or revoked at any time. You must use a Google account you are authorized to use, and keep your account credentials secure.
Index connects to Google services you authorize (currently Google Drive, read-only), builds a searchable index of your files, and lets you search, sort, and filter them. The Service does not modify, create, or delete content in your connected accounts.
Your use of Google data through the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and to Google’s terms. We handle Google user data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Indexing depends on Google’s APIs and their rate limits and availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EeeQ7 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. On termination, your connections and indexed data are deleted from our systems.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
